A Nevada man is dealing with time behind bars for his alleged position within the multi-million-dollar CoinDeal funding scheme.
In accordance with a brand new press launch, the U.S. Division of Justice (DOJ) is charging 57-year-old Bryan Lee for his alleged participation in defrauding 10,000 traders out of $45 million and misappropriating their funds.
The DOJ says that Lee labored alongside Neil Chandran, who was arrested final June, and others to defraud traders in corporations managed by Chandran by telling them that they had been about to be purchased out by patrons with deep pockets.
“Chandran allegedly misled traders by falsely promising extraordinarily excessive returns on the premise that his corporations had been about to be acquired by a consortium of rich patrons.
