Sotheby’s has teamed up with digital artwork collective UnicornDAO to curate a non-fungible token (NFT) public sale in honor of Worldwide Ladies’s Day.
The “My Physique, My Enterprise” public sale, which kicked off Tuesday, options works from 34 conventional artists together with Marina Abramović, Cindy Sherman, Jenny Holzer and Ellen Von Unwerth. Moreover, the gathering will embody works from Web3-native artists together with Olive Allen, Latashá, Jen Stark and Nadya Tolokonnikova, the gathering’s curator and founding member of the activist group Pussy Riot.
Tolokonnikova, who co-founded UnicornDAO final yr as a collective to empower girls and LGBTQ+ NFT creators, is passionate about using artwork and activism to assist empower girls and underrepresented communities.
